Session 2 (8wks.) $500- Jan. 12th to Mar. 1st
($150) down payment required to hold your teams spot.
Session 2 down payments due by December 29th.

First print off your CMFL team registration form and mail in your down payment to secure your spot.

All teams must register online with (www.futsal.org) in order to be qualified to play in the league. This process will cover players and coaches for futsal insurance yearly. Ask about a team discount for signing 2 teams at the same time. All rosters, players, and coaches registrations are required to be mailed into: CMF League

U-11/12:  6-7:30 p.m.  8 sessions for $175
